Apologia Science for K-6th Grades

We love Jeannie Fulbright's elementary Apologia science texts!   The botany book has been a big hit in our home school co-op classes, too.   You will find a strong Charlotte Mason / notebooking /outdoor nature study emphasis in this curriculum.    You can stretch these books to a year if you want a relaxed pace, but you could fit in one per semester, in my opinion.

Apologia Science for Middle & High School

These are the only traditional science texts we would consider using for middle school and high school.  They  are also the texts of choice for whatever group science classes our students have ever taken in the past several years.  The two-volume sets listed here include the student book and the solutions manual. The optional companion CD-ROMs, available for several of the courses, are very helpful, also.  Apologia science textbooks are written for home school students by Dr. Jay Wile.  He is always available by e-mail to answer questions, and he is very quick with responses.  (I can tell you this from experience!)  You really can't lose with these books!  Please note that we have not yet used any of the Physics texts, nor the Advanced Chemistry, but I am confident that they are of the same high quality as the others.
